Do you have what it takes to be a Fill Tech? Minor Body repairs Part repair / replacement Fill and Priming work Reassembly Suspension Repairs Light mechanical Repairs Maintain clean and organized environment Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum and spot) Frame Rack experience Repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS) Here are our non-negotiables: Maintain a Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds You must have a valid driver's license Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided) Teamwork and Communication skills Self-accountable and Integrity What's in it for you? $75K -$100K - Team commission pay plan Opportunity for 3-4 day weekends Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and a Health Savings Account with B Street contribution 401K option Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time Internal training and Potential for Growth within the Company We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
