We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing  schedules and calendars for the COO of the company
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
• Driving to appointments
• Getting cars wash and detailed
• Picking up dry cleaning
• Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
• Running errands and performing necessary tasks
• Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
• Organizing spaces and keeping schedules on track
