TheDepartment of OB/GYN is seeking an experienced, goal-oriented, resourceful andself-motivated Executive Assistant to the Chair. Under limitedsupervision, this position will manages the Chair's complex schedule andcalendar. This includes domestic and international travel coordination, oftenwith external entities. The position provides administrativesupport and participates in project coordination and support. The selected candidate will also coordinatedepartmental leadership meetings, retreats and conferences which includespreparing and maintaining agendas, collaborating with internal leadership andexternal departments, administratively facilitating the meetings and takingminutes.
Thisposition is the primary executive administrative contact and liaison with other officesand programs within UNM, UNMH, UNM Health System and may perform otherduties as assigned.

Conditions of EmploymentMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications- Organizational skills
- Experience in minute taking and writing correspondences
- Schedule coordination experience
- Experience booking and managing travel accommodations
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in Reproductive Health Advocacy
- Experience working with high level leadership
