Summary
InterDigital is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership Team while serving as a liaison to the board of directors.. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of senior level administrative assistant experience supporting C-Suite Executives. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative and related functions in support of the CEO.
- Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and decision making in performing assigned tasks and has considerable latitude and flexibility in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
- Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the CEO, the Board of Directors, the business, projects, and meetings.
- Will coordinate and lead special projects with effective communication while working cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the company.
CEO Support:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including calendar management; scheduling meetings; completing expense reports; submitting invoices and minor accounting, preparing correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans; compiling documents for board related meetings.
- Communicates directly on behalf of the CEO with Board Members and executive leadership team.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Prioritizes conflicts; responds to emails and assignments expeditiously; thinks proactively, anticipates needs; and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
- Assists with ad-hoc requests including scheduling personal appointments.
Board of Directors Support:
- Serves as the CEO's administrative liaison to the board of directors.
- Plan and oversee logistical arrangements for board and board committee meetings, including facility needs, meals and refreshments, and transportation and group lodging.
- Identify directors' and executives' availability for scheduling quarterly board and committee meeting dates and compile annual meeting schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of administrative or related experience working with executive assistant role supporting C-Suite leaders required.
- High proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and TEAMS.
- Experience with Concur expense management system, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Adobe Acrobat highly desired.
- Detail oriented and strong commitment to excellence.
- Comfort in operating in a global environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities recognizing if/when to adjust, if necessary.
- Ability to raise issues appropriately and to proactively bring forward solutions.
- A strong business sense with ability to make sound judgment calls when needed.

- Travel to support Board and Executive Meetings required.
