Your Role: We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence. This position will support our Commercial Line Executives.
Your work:
- Assist and support various Commercial Line Product executives with organizing, reminding, prioritizing and managing their time to meet deadlines and assist with projects.
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings and coordinate follow up with meeting participants on tasks/issues as appropriate.
- Plan and run team meetings, including guest speaker coordination, and related meeting logistics.
- Interact with clients who may include internal and external senior executives.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to partner with managers at all levels.
- Manage schedules for all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities.
- Maximize appropriate time allocation to senior executive’s priorities based on understanding the company goals and his/her individual objectives.
- Proofread documents, messages, presentations.
What would make us excited about you?
5+ years of Executive Assistant or relevant experience.
BS/BA Degree or some college coursework preferred.
Desire to join a dynamic and progressive HR team.
Ability to make sound, independent decisions and use own initiative to accomplish tasks
Strong skills in developing effective relationships, communication skills, managing expectations in a dynamic organization.
Ability to learn and adapt to the executives work styles and handle discreet information.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, activities, and projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and working knowledge of M365.
Soft skills
Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.

The national average hourly range for this position is $34.61- $38.94. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $31.25 - $46.63.
This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
