We currently own two premier franchise brands, Sola Salon Studios and the Woodhouse Day Spas, as well as an e-commerce platform called BeautyHive. We are actively pursuing additional brands in our sector.
The Executive Assistant (EA) will report to the CEO and will support the Radiance-level executives. The EA will have the opportunity to work across all of the Radiance Holdings subsidiaries. They will play a critical role in supporting the Radiance executive team, managing office logistics, event planning and scheduling, and a variety of special projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO on her calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements, and assist the Radiance executive team, including the CFO, CDO and SVP of Marketing with scheduling and travel as needed
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with PowerPoint decks for quarterly board meetings, and support PowerPoint as needed for the CEO and other executives
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Radiance Holdings events including the annual holiday party, annual employee appreciation week, quarterly board meetings, and other company events including the annual franchise conferences for each of the brands, which typically have several hundred attendees and span several days
- Planning responsibilities include preparing annual budgets for all company events, working closely with the brand leaders to define the needs and drive vendor sponsorships, and ensuring events stay within budget
- Coordination responsibilities include submitting RFPs, working to secure hotel arrangements, and arranging and managing third-party catering, transportation, and audio visual support
- Facilitation responsibilities include assisting brand leaders in creating and maintaining the run-of-show and conference agendas, and engaging and assigning company staff to deliver a quality event, and serving as the company point-of-contact for hotel, meeting staff, and third-parties involved in the events
- Work with Office Assistant to secure reservations for company dinners and meetings
- Partner with the HR Director to lead the Company Culture Committee to ensure that the committee is proactively planning for key events and dates
- Track and appropriately recognize birthdays and anniversaries of Radiance Holdings employees, and secure gifts and recognition items for team members, customers, and vendors as requested by the executive team
- Assist on special projects as assigned by the CEO

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- 2-5 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, with both peers and executives
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, rapidly adapt to changing environment and possess strong work ethics
- High level of integrity, and strict respect for confidentiality
- Ability to accept responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them on schedule
- Ability to communicate information efficiently and succinctly
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Pro and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a traditional office setting, as well as in hybrid work settings
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods of time

Compensation: The salary range for this role is set to $60-80k, commensurate on experience.
