In addition to brick & mortar locations, “Tiny House” concept stores, and a robust ecommerce business the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop. KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.

KREWE is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team of smart creatives further expanding our ability to drive brand growth through strategic coordination of time and relationships.
This role will work directly for the Founder/CEO supporting all administrative and clerical needs. Duties will include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role you must be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
- Proactive coordination across multiple team member calendars on a professional and personal level Plan appointments and events
- Act as point of contact between executives and employees/clients
- Create regular reports and keep current all internal documents
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage email flow, Slack communication, and video calls
- Schedule and work closely with staff and vendors on various property/real estate projects
- Oversee onsite vendors as needed
- Maintain both office and household standards
- Suggest more efficient processes
V A L U E + S K I L L P R O F I L E
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures and technologies involved
- Experience with coordinating calendars for others
- Very strong and concise oral, written, and decision-making abilities
- A passion for organization combined with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Lives with an emphasis on authenticity and passion, while also seeing the big company picture
- A flexible and collaborative style, with a natural consultative approach.
- An independent drive to quickly and efficiently complete tasks and projects
- Able to gain the trust and respect from individuals at all levels
- Technically savvy with G-Suite and managing a Zoom reliant distributed workforce
