InGenesis is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to work with our Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Chief Financial Officer's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized and detailed-oriented to support the CFO of our company. The successful candidate must be articulate and professional in both appearance and demeanor, must be energetic and project a positive attitude, and must be adaptable.
The ideal candidate will reside in San Antonio or the surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with running and servicing of the company’s business, including work in numerous functional areas, such as budgeting, purchasing, advertising, marketing personnel management, public relations, and similar activities
- Exercising discretion and independent judgment in interpreting or implementing management policies or operating practices including those involving matters of significance to the company
- Managing calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Managing expenses and reconciling monthly statements
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, copying, data entry, etc.
- Acting as a liaison between other departments and external contacts
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed, including implementation of the projects and events
- Tracking projects and deadlines.
- Manage, organize, and prepare incoming correspondence including memos, e-mails, letters, faxes, etc.
- Conducting research and presenting findings to other management staff.
- Interacting/communicating with management staff, clients, and competitors.
- May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office.
- Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, or communications is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related role.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Previous experience in a customer support role and ability to demonstrate active listening skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Strong MS Office
