About the Company & Overview of the Role:
- Our top repeat client is well known in the local education industry. Due to a leave, they are looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to assist the President!
- This position will start on a contractual basis and has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
- Once this candidate becomes a permanent employee, they will be considered a government employee eligible to receive a pension and amazing benefits
- Candidates must be local to the Baltimore area
- Company offers free parking to its employees
- Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Position is 100% in office in Baltimore city, MD.

Job Duties Include:
- Assists with the management of the office’s administrative affairs
- Maintains and manages the President's calendar
- Attends meetings and provides follow ups as needed with attendees
- Reviews and tracks internal and external mail
- Acts as a communication liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Researches, collects and organizes data as required for speaking engagements, presentations and meetings
- Assists with the review of documents and obtains signatures as needed
- Monitors office expenditures and budget
- Assists with drafting presentations, itineraries, agendas and various confidential correspondence
- Arranges, coordinates and schedules a variety of meetings, appointments and special events
- Coordinates, processes and manages travel arrangements as needed
- Provides input on various projects within the organization
- Under direction, assists with initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement of administrative operations
- Assists with the work assignments for Administrative Assistants in office
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Role:
- Degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience providing high level admin support to C level executives
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
