Hours: Full Time Exempt; M-F 8AM-5PM

Education & Experience:
3 years of corporate event experience required
Professional certifications a plus, such as Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) or
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
Qualifications:
Knowledge of all logistical support of corporate events and meetings including experience
working directly with vendors, catering, printing material design, and contracting.
Experience with creating event schedules, timelines, and budgets
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fact-paced, deadline driven environment while
performing under pressure.
Strong experience with online registration systems.
Ability to research, gather, analyze, and synthesize information from sources such as online
searches, databases and files.
Ability to lift and/or move boxes and equipment up to 35 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing assigned events with a focus on employees and patients such as: Annual Staff Events and Annual Conferences.
Provide high-level service in planning and execution.
Maintaining budget, procurement, and invoice/expense tracking and reconciliation.
Manage and support direct reports with day-to-day operations, budgets, defined scope of work,
contracts and overall planning of events.
