As a Support Supervisor at Clean Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned area.

We rely on our Support Supervisors to:
- Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention
- Control labor hours and supply costs
- Travel between multiple jobsites in a single shift
- Identify areas where further training is necessary and identify and retain all-star team members
- Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked
- Work together with upper management to provide effective communication
- Manage your time and prioritize a nightly agenda
Basic Qualifications
- 1 year supervision experience
- Skilled at making quality decisions
- Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
- Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling
- Second Shift Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS, Battle Creek/Marshall Area
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have valid car insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a clear background check
- Must be willing to travel up to a radius of 45 miles
