Escape Game Master/Cashier

Our business model is simple, provide a great environment for a group of friends, family, or coworkers to escape from the room before time runs out. This includes solving puzzles, cracking codes, finding hidden items, and more in order to escape.

Retromania is hiring full-time game masters for our facility. Flexible hours and a RAD working environment. We are looking for candidates that are fun, energetic, and reliable. No prior experience is necessary.

The Game Master is responsible for operating the game and enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent customer service.

*Essential Functions:*

* Greet guests
* Lead guests to game room and give verbal instructions
* Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate guest game experience
* Meet group after game has concluded to celebrate accomplishments
* Reset game room for next group of guests

*Job Requirements:*

* Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Provide enthusiastic service for all guests
* Monitor guests activity and engage via tv screen up to 1 hour
* Must be able to understand and verbally articulate the meaning of Breakout and clearly explain each game room
* Need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, and climb a ladder
* Requires sitting for extended periods at a time
* Cashier: register, stocking, cleaning, customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
