Your role as a ER/Hospitalist ARNP/PA - PRN

At Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. Requirements for this ER/Hospitalist ARNP/PA - PRN job

To be successful in the role of Patient Care Coordinator at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, there are several key skills and qualifications that are necessary: 1. Advanced Education: A minimum of an M.S. in Family Physician Assistant or Family Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner is required.

This advanced education provides the foundation of knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this position. 2. Extensive Experience: You should have at least four years of experience working in a hospital and/or emergency room setting.

This experience equips you with the necessary skills to handle the fast-paced and often unpredictable nature of patient care in an acute care setting. 3. Licensure: A valid Iowa Board of Family Physician Assistant or Family Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license is required.

This ensures that you meet the regulatory standards set forth by the state and are authorized to provide patient care. 4. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certifications are also required.
