We are currently seeking Quality Auditors Line Inspector/BPR Reviewer for our 2nd shift who will be responsible for the control of the MPR (Master Production Record) process. Ensure proper and accurate specifications are verified prior to production. Review and Release BPR (Batch Paperwork Record) paperwork, performs audits on production lines and inspects incoming material deliveries. This position will also audits batch records, performs internal GMP audits, generates quality reports, and collects data and in the absence of the QA Supervisors or other QA management, communicates to Production and IFS Management.
Specific duties will include:
- Work with P&G Quality management to ensure MPR's are approved prior to production.
- Work with Customer Planning, and Production Management when updates become available.
- Perform 24 hour checks to ensure P&G MPRs are the latest version to customer requirements
- Creates and assembles MPR's
- Log and File MPRs (Master Production Record) in or out.
- Perform a final check on batch records and reconciliation reports to approve release of finished goods.
- Maintain files, records.
- Update KPI records
- Create and distribute 1st piece photos to correct teams.
- Follow IFS procedures, cGMP's, and safety policies.
- Support IFS continuous improvement efforts.
- Additional duties as may be assigned.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency/proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems at the same time.
- Demonstrate organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to react to change productively and handle additional tasks as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellentinterpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel is required. FDA experience is preferred
Anticipated Compensation: $18.00/hr
