Entry Level Office Assistant/Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general office functions such as answering phone calls, receiving orders, managing inventory, and even helping with marketing - social media, blogs, etc., plus other miscellaneous office functions.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Receiving orders and ensuring accurate entry into our database
• Managing inventory by keeping track of stock levels and placing orders when necessary
• Assisting with marketing efforts by updating social media accounts, drafting blog posts, and designing marketing materials
• Assisting with general office functions such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player
