Enrollment / Service Coordinator Supervisor

Summary:

The Children Services Enrollment and SC Supervisor will work in conjunction with TOTS Program Manager provide quality oversight of day-to-day operations and ensure the community and families are receiving quality services and program updates.

Qualifications:

Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 20 hours of coursework in one of the following related fields Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Nursing, Social Work, Family Counseling/mental health or related field and minimum one year progressive supervisory or mentoring experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A:  Job Specific:
  1. Review staff billing (FSC and Therapy Home Visitor) and submit to billing coordinator monthly.
  2. Provide appropriate client data to be entered in the database in a timely manner.
  3. Assure compliance with accreditation and state licensing standards including quality of work by staff
  4. Assure that all programs and physical plants meet state licensing requirements.
  5. Oversee development of IFSP’s in conjunction with Early Intervention Teams.
  6. Recommend for hire, train, supervise, evaluate, support, mentor and recommend for termination all assigned staff.
  7. Monitor and approve ez-labor for accuracy.
  8. Assure compliance with procedures and processes for billing, budgeting and inventory.
  9. Assure maintenance of children’s files in accordance with accreditation standards.
  10. Assist in determining child eligibility as needed.
  11. Record local purchases and manage a credit card assigned to you.
  12. Establish customer service standards with staff that will promote quality services.
  13. Ensure appropriate and timely placement of children.
  14. Develop ongoing community assessment processes.
  15. Oversee the development of community partnerships in your assigned areas.
  16. Serve as liaison for transition and collaboration with school districts
  17. Organize Child Find, public relations and parent education activities.
  18. Arrange opportunities for parent involvement.
  19. Oversee number of families served in your area and maintain the number of active cases assigned to your area.
  20. Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  1. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  2. Ability to organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assigned projects in a self-directed manner with minimum amount of supervision and direction.
  3. Interpersonal skills including maintaining confidentiality; listening to others without interrupting and remaining open to others’ ideas and model innovation.
  4. Problem Solving/planning/organizing with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; prioritize and plan work activities. 
  5. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, changing approach or method to best fit the situation and ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  6. Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality; applying feedback to improve performance and monitoring own work to ensure quality.

Rate of Pay:   $52,000-$55,000 (Annual)
