Energy Consultant

Freedom Solar Power is looking to add to our growing sales team with (In-Home) Energy Consultants. We want hungry, passionate, and results-driven Consultants to join us! You will educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices. This is a W-2 commission based opportunity. Top Energy Consultants are earning over $200K per year plus bonuses!

A typical day may include:

• Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home • Achieve sales goals including quotas, lead response timeliness, meeting conversions, etc.

• Qualify prospective customers using established and creative lead methods to build your book of business

• Design and build Solar Energy systems that fit the prospective customer's needs

• Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead qualifying activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community

• Work with our Affiliate Partners and Vendors to ensure flawless execution of lead response, lead nurturing, etc.

• Weekly reporting

• Attend events selected for outreach to prospective solar customers
