Responsibilities
- Work with multiple high-growth clients on a wide range of email marketing needs depending on the client. Many clients need help with the optimization of transactional/drip sequences such as abandon cart sequences, welcome sequences, and post-purchase sequences.
- With most clients, you’ll be managing the whole process from building the email marketing map/strategy/funnel, to writing copy, designing the emails, connecting forms, testing, and implementing the automation inside of their chosen or our recommended Email Marketing Platform.
- Then measuring performance and lift from email marketing and setting correct attribution towards sales, conversions, and actions taken from email marketing campaigns.
- Some tasks may be smaller and more ad-hoc as helping an individual connect their CRM/ESP, designing an email template, helping improve IP/deliverability, or doing a simple email audit for the client to then update.
Requirements
- Email Marketing (Understanding of promotional and transactional/drip email)
- Email Marketing Strategy (Drip sequence strategy and CRO focused emails)
- Copyrighting
- HTML/CSS - Email Marketing Design
- Deliverability Rate Optimization (Understanding of Cold and Warm email, IP, and Domain Sender Scores)
- ESP Integrations - Connecting forms, softwares, tracking to email marketing efforts
- Communication - Direct communication with clients
- Sendgrid
- Hubspot
- Nice to have: ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, Klayvio, Marketo, Pardot
