Associate, Strategy & Operations at Elemy
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for driving key program initiatives that deliver on growth and efficiency across the business. The individual in this role partners closely with product, marketing, sales, operations, and clinical leadership to deliver process and program improvements and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges, while consistently analyzing data to build recommendations and uncover key insights for the business.
What You’ll Do
Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities, obtain cross-functional alignment, and work with the business to ensure successful implementation.
Own fast paced projects end to end. Developing insights and recommendations is the first step, but turning ideas into reality will be a central component of this role.
Structure problems in a way that you can identify the root cause, articulate trade-offs, and execute flawlessly.
Work closely across the entire business on the highest important strategic initiatives. You’ll work most closely with our global operations team, but also closely with functions like product management, engineering, design, finance, people, and our clinical team.
Work in-person with your team in NYC Soho office 4 days of the week and work from home 1 day
Who You Are
1.5+ years experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally with experience in operations, product, and / or healthcare
1+ years in business operations at a high-growth consumer technology startup preferred
Fast learner and scrappy with a bias for action, be it getting into the weeds to execute when needed or identifying foundational investments required to get to the next level
Structured and analytical thinker with an ability to simplify complex problems and propose solutions using first principles
Comfort with data analytics tools and consumer metrics such as CPA and LTV. Experience in financial modeling, Salesforce and SQL a plus
Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving and ambiguous working environment
Strong project manager - you can keep yourself and others organized and marching against group outcomes within the timelines agreed upon
