As an Electrical Engineer/Designer II at Interface, your responsibilities will include, (but may not be limited to):
- Preliminary electrical design and layout.
- Document delivery coordination.
- Preliminary load calculations.
- Researching commercially available equipment.
- Design drafting.
- System design with direction from mentor and/or senior engineer.
- Provide exemplary customer service to internal team members and clients.
- BSEE or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ MEP design/consulting experience.
- Working knowledge of building codes.
- Ability to perform multiple functions in multi-deadline changing operations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team orientated collaborative environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- EIT certification.
- LEED accreditation or interested in becoming accredited.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
