Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the staff in developing electrical engineering conceptual designs for Design/Build (D/B) Request for Proposals (RFP) for various Air Force facilities

• Conducting technical reviews and provide review comments on Contractor submitted designs for compliance with the design-build request for proposals

• Resolving unique and/or complex project scope issues

• Providing technical responses for A/E and contractor requests for information

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 - 4 years of experience performing the functions listed above

• A mastery of engineering concepts, principles, and practices equivalent to mid- level experience.

• Demonstrated experience in the electrical engineer sub-disciplines is necessary

• Prior experiences in developing/reviewing design/build specifications, design-build bridging documents, Request for Proposal's is highly desirable

• Knowledge of Government-wide policies and regulations concerning Government acquisitions and procurements
