We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to work on PCB design.
In this role, you will:
Participate in product requirement definitions, design reviews, and systems integrations.
Source, select, and develop key electronic devises
Support electrical design, component selection, and electronics supplier technical interactions.
Define electrical schematics, communication protocols, and PCB functionality.
Work with cross-functional teams to build and fine tune interfaces and functionality.
Support bench, lab, field, and 3rd party testing of key electronic components
Improve electrical and control system stability, availability, robustness, and performance.
Test and debug at the component, subsystem, tractor, and fleet levels

Basic Requirements:
Engineering Bachelor of Science or higher
Minimum 0-2 years of industry experience
Experience safely working with high voltage battery packs and electric drivetrains
PCB schematic and layout design experience (e.g Altium)
Analog circuit design, Microcontroller circuit design, digital circuit design
Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues hands-on with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
Knowledge of electronics test procedures (EMI/EMC, shock, vibe, thermal, thermal shock, etc.)
Formula SAE Electric, Solar Car, ASABE Scale Tractor, or similar collegiate competitions
Agile, small team, collaborative mindset
Debug and Rework Skills:
Experience debugging PCBAs and wiring harnesses
Experience reworking PCBAs
Experience prototyping circuits
