We are currently seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineering Professional to be based in our Data Center Organization. The projects associated with this position will focus on low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems primarily mission critical-related facilities which typically include large electrical and mechanical yards and major building MEP systems for data center cloud storage. Responsibilities include electrical design services of systems in areas of power distribution, emergency back-up power including generators, lighting, fire alarm, life safety, communication, and security systems.
While working under the supervision of senior level engineers, your duties will typically include technical writing, providing design support in producing deliverables, construction drawings, calculations and specification production, shop drawing review, and responding to requests for information during construction.
You will be mentored by our awesome staff to help you gain technical experience and grow your leadership skills. Note that relevant experience also includes hospital, pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare type design.

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- EIT Certification
- Ability to learn, adapt and work as a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- BIM/CAD experience (REVIT)
- Experience working for a MEP firm required focusing on Mission Critical applications, experience designing medium-voltage distribution systems and emergency generation
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Working knowledge of broad range of electrical systems is preferred, including power system design, fire alarm design, lighting design, load flow studies, communications design, grounding design and equipment selection
- Some experience producing sizing calculations with minimal supervision is preferred
- Familiarity with the NEC and NFPA 820
