Due to Company growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Engineers to join our Substation Team hybrid in Binghamton, NY.
- One-line diagrams aligned with system study requirements
- General arrangement and layout drawings
- Major equipment bid specifications
- Detailed estimate and probability modeling
- Structure calculations
- Insulation, A/C interference, static wire, grounding studies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Seven (7) or more of Transmission and Distribution Line Engineering Experience Required (internships/co-ops count as experience)
- PE preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and data processing skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks or assignments simultaneously and efficiently without direct supervision.
- Team-oriented individual with the ability to shift focus quickly and efficiently between varying tasks and priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must have current US Work authorization.
- Must be a Maine resident or able to relocate to Augusta, Maine for this position.
