Role description:

Arcadis is looking to hire a Sustainment System Lead to support the Digital Sustainable Operations (SO) Business Unit.  This business unit focuses on digital solutions for Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S).  This can be performed in any US office or remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for governance, service optimization, innovation, delivery excellence, account optimization, team mentoring, and risk management associated with the operation of the sustainment practice.  The sustainment practice at Arcadis focuses on existing clients (and new clients) that have an ESH&S software system in place and are looking to maintain, upgrade and/or optimize that system.

Role accountabilities:

  • Accountable for the planning and execution of the long-term business strategy for the Sustainment Program to support our customers' EHS&S software solutions, with the goal of ensuring operational efficiency and the continual identification of areas for improvement. 
  • Governance over a portfolio of customers to ensure proper controls and systems are in place to sustain and extend their EHS&S software solutions.
  • Ongoing design and maintenance of the Arcadis Sustain System, the web-based platform that manages the intake, analysis, and resolution of all customer requests. 
  • Creation and ongoing management of standard operating procedures for customer service level agreements, yearly contract arrangements and renewals, commercial offerings, data collection and reporting, and various other key elements of the Sustainment Program. 
  • Design and ongoing implementation of the Arcadis Sustainment Process, which includes a comprehensive workflow for request submission, analysis, development, quality assurance, and deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of experience in the Digital EHS industry 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing professional services to EHS&S and related digital market.
  • Experience as a leader, management of people and teams
  • Familiar with EHS&S and related digital system and tools
  • Knowledge and experience with supporting Sustainment practices

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $200100.
