Focused on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new ADP 401(k) clients and their active employees by providing enrollment and driving 401(k) plan participation. Responsible for providing enrollment support, driving usage into our virtual webcast offerings, and ensuring asset rollovers and enrollments prior to ADP.
Education Certification Requirements:
*1-3 years of experience working in a client service/outbound call environment.
*Financial services/business background
*Strong presentation skills.
*Ability to prioritize and set schedule.
*Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
*Retirement Services experience
*FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
