Job Description:
As a Data Analyst for the Customer Digital Portal (CDP), you will play a crucial role in optimizing the user experience of the portal, getting a better understanding on the behavior & characteristics of our customers, measuring overall customer adoption & business impact as well as helping with analytics enabling portal global rollout. Your analytical insights will drive strategic decision-making, improve customer engagement and help us refine our product offerings. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data Collection and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and maintain datasets relevant to the CDP and its customers - including customer characteristics data, customer behavioral data, transactional data, product data, and more.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from the collected data. Translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions
• Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze user interaction and behavior on the Customer Digital Portal to uncover opportunities for improving customer adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Set up and maintain dashboards & regular reports that provide stakeholders with key performance metrics and insights related to the CDP's performance (e.g., customer adoption & business impact)
• A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing and product team members to design and implement A/B tests to optimize website features, user flows, and promotional strategies
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Master's degree is a plus
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the ecommerce and/or industrial sector
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools for data manipulation & analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Semrush, others).
• Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying business challenges and using data-driven approaches to formulate effective solutions
• Data Interpretation: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance
• Communication & cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights and recommendations to diverse teams and audiences

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 80,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
