Form of workInternships with Allianz Partners consist of a ten-week program focused on giving students the opportunity to gain business knowledge and experience. The program generally follows a project- management methodology that allows each intern to manage a project within a specific department. In addition, interns participate in lunch-and-learn, networking and mentoring opportunities. The program begins Monday, June 5, 2023, and ends Friday, August 11, 2023. The work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
eCommerce Business Teams Intern
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support business teams on various tasks to improve process and consistency across the business teams
- Assist Client Services in pushing through stuck policies and help document trends and issues, and if skill set allows, update automated scripts to improve the process.
- Assist Client Services to review partner reporting and identify opportunities to improve consistency across the teams and if possible find better ways to automate
- Build a repository of partner inventory with screenshots of different placements, emails, etc. and documents data elements passed in each implementation
- Complete a project on a deep dive into a line of business(s) or specific Partners. Create a presentation that looks at competitive analysis, products review, identifies market gaps or opportunities, presents creative marketing opportunities for B2B, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Must be a college junior or senior, pursuing a degree. The preferred major(s) for this position: Business Administration
- Knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Ability to build a trusting rapport and relationship with internal and external customers.
- Flexibility: ability to adapt to on-going change and work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment.
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet and/or exceed expectations.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts and reporting procedures
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed with team and other departments.
- Ability to apply feedback, take initiative and be accountable for work produced.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- PC Skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Confluence (would be helpful but not required)
