```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Building Super to join our team in East Orange, NJ. As a Building Super, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the building, as well as providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Report accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses to management
- Ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including apartment inspections
- Monitor building security systems and address any security concerns
- Perform snow removal and landscaping duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and contractors
- Excellent customer service skills to provide prompt assistance and address concerns
-Strong Knowledge of basic building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC indoor/outdoor multisplit installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
