We are seeking an EAS COUNSELOR / CLINICAL THERAPIST in Wisconsin Rapids, WI at Aspirus Behavioral Health who provides confidential employee counseling, referral, after care and follow-up services, as well as performing other activities provided per Employee Assistance contracts. Functions as a team member of the Employee Assistance Services (EAS) staff. Provides outpatient counseling services to patients, groups or families regarding psychological, emotional or behavioral problems. The provider will evaluate the patient, group or families and will develop and implement a therapeutic treatment plan. Provide for referrals and community contacts. Manage caseload documentation. Function as a team member of the system Behavioral Health program.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and protocols normally acquired through completion of a master's degree in one of the following areas: industrial/organizational psychology, social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling.
- Wisconsin Professional Counselor (LPC) or marriage & family therapist (LMFT) desired.
- Membership in a professional EAP organization beneficial.
LICENSURE
- Possesses Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Hours: 1.0 full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
