DSDE Coordinator | Hybrid

Partners with Distribution stakeholders in the executive of field events including exploration and use of new technologies. Become in expert in event technologies and implementation. Oversees all virtual components of Field Development programing including walk throughs and execution of virtual events. Responsible for overall calendar management for DSDE (Distribution Sales Development & Enablement) team and events.

What you do:

Support all components of DSDE initiatives that support and drive sales with a specific focus on the virtual and in person execution of Field Development events. Use new technology to create virtual experiences for attendees.

Maintain department calendar and manage travel arrangements; Miscellaneous support activities for Department head.

Act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities, manage project documentation and ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate and anticipate potential breakdowns in any existing process. This individual is responsible to recommend and implement improvements to the process.  Collaborate with other teammates, creation/updates to procedures and sharing best practice ideas to benefit the team.

What you bring:

- 3-5 years of experience required; minimum of 4 years of project coordination/management.

- Two- year degree required

Ability to attend evening business functions.
