- Pay: 70/30 Sales Commission Split

As a DONATION CROWDFUNDING SALES PROFESSIONAL for The Yogi Bears Program, you will be responsible for collecting contributions from a large number of business backers, companies with a commitment to community involvement and youth development. The Yogi Bears Donation Crowdfunding Campaign provides a way for individuals, non-profits, and businesses to donate online.

- Education Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the crowdfunding or fundraising industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using social media platforms and other digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of crowdfunding platforms and regulations is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize campaign exposure and donor potential.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress.
Create compelling campaign story content and materials.
Utilize social media platforms (Facebook) and (You Tube) and other marketing channels to promote campaigns and engage with potential donors.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with yoga industry trends, sales strategies and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service to donors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
