Job Summary and Qualifications

The Division Coordinator of PSG Marketing reports to the Division AVP of Marketing. They will develop and execute all marketing operational efforts for the Division’s employed physician practices. This includes both paid and unpaid marketing activities.

In partnership with Division Marketing Leadership, the Coordinator of PSG Marketing develops an annual Marketing Plan and for our employed physician practices that supports the operational goals of the Physician Services Group. The Coordinator drives timely execution and measures success monthly to enable mid-campaign adjustments as needed The Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with physicians, facility-based marketing staff, physician relations representatives, physician recruiters and practice managers to plan, organize and direct marketing activities for employed physician practices and support the onboard and offboard marketing for employed physicians. The Coordinator also collaborates closely with the Content and Creative Services team and Hospital directors to ensure timely and effective development of collateral creative and messaging.

What qualifications you will need:

• 3+ years of related work experience required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Healthcare marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Effective management and communication skills; both orally and written.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
