Role + Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, sales personnel, and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Identify and communicate breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact customer service and retention
- Unpack, receive in, and tag returned equipment needing repair and package equipment for shipment after repair is completed
- Arrange/schedule transportation pickups to ensure customer needs and requirements are met in a timely manner
- Unload and put away in bound stock
- Pull completed orders and prepare for shipment
- Ensure shipping compliance with company, state, federal, and international regulations
Qualification + Profile
- Minimum of High School Degree; Associates Degree preferred in a business / logistics-related field or a combination of education and business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education, and experience
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing (in large and small group settings)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and operate a lift truck
