- Transmit information to the appropriate person or department
- Direct response units to appropriate location
- Monitor status of the response team
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position preferred
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Understanding of Salt Lake Valley
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to work well under pressure
