We currently have a requirement for a Dispatch Technician. This position will support a large government agency with over 1500 offices and 100k users nationwide. The Dispatch Technician will travel throughout the US to perform maintenance on Avaya telecommunications platforms. Regular travel will be required.
- Day to day responsibilities traveling and troubleshooting an Avaya Communications Solution.
- This includes using such tools as Windows Desktop solutions, punch down tools and other basic hardware.
- Interacting with customer representatives.
- Interacting with tier 3 technicians to determine solutions to issues.
- Updating tickets.
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge with any, or all of the following is preferred: Avaya System/Session Manager, Communication Manager (CM), Avaya Contact Center (AACC), SIP/DS3s, NetIQ, Avaya Experience Portal, Firewall and Switch technology.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
A two year college degree or certifications in the above technologies are preferred, or 5-10 years' experience in VoIP and SIP technologies or Avaya technical support experience may be considered.
The pay range for this opportunity is from $64,000 to $86,400 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
