Global Financial Services Compliance is on a journey to implement our next generation technology solution for real time Fraud Interdiction and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). As Director of Program Operations, you will be leading us in implementing and operationalizing the new solution in the US and internationally and supporting the rollout of all future business initiatives. As Director of Program Operations, you will be working closely with compliance workstream leads to define the scope, priorities, resource needs, work plan, budget, business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and cut-over plan for the next generation platform and future business initiatives. As Director of Program Operations, you will be driving cross-functional collaboration and buy-in with our Product Management and Engineering technical teams to help drive execution.

You'll make an impact by...

• Setting program priorities, aligning KPIs and measuring value to ensure program delivery execution is consistent with original vision
• Identifying and escalating program issues, risks and mitigation strategies
• Engaging workstreams to develop, and prioritize business requirements and backlog
• Working with cross functional teams to deliver objectives within expected deliverable timeframes
• Overseeing UAT execution including documentation of UAT strategy, plan, and checklists. Ensure entry and exit criteria are met. Document and coordinate live cut-over activities.
• Supporting development of FRAML roadmap and producing program reports for business stakeholders
• Leading the development of communication and process change frameworks to drive seamless implementations and operational cutovers
• Creating better ways of working: if you see something that isn't optimized, then you work with the team to improve, document, and instruct others on the new, better ways
• Keeping abreast of new rules, regulations and reputational risks to further improve our investigation processes. Understanding business and regulatory requirements and ensure functions are being performed within those requirements

You'll sweep us off our feet if you ...

• You have experience implementing AML/Fraud technology platforms, especially if you have experience working with Quantexa, Featurespace and /or Actimize solutions
• You have work experience at a Money Services Business (MSB)
• You have experience working with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies
• You have experience in Above the Line/Below the Line sampling and threshold tuning
• You have strong knowledge of program management principles and experience working with agile methodologies
• You are an independent problem solver with an attitude that never finds barriers you can't overcome
• You are comfortable working cross-functionally and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and nailing deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• You are process driven, data savvy, can analyze performance, assess trends, and translate insights into strategies
• You have international work experience and fluency in Spanish

3 years' supervisory experience.
