What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop planning department; develop departmental performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demands while enabling accuracy and quality
• Establish KPI’s and objectives for the planning function across ARMOR IIMAK business line, ensuring they align with the overall vision for ARMOR IIMAK, both current and future
• Lead and continually improves the S&OP process for the business
• Actively manage ARMOR IIMAK’s planning process to ensure a balance between revenues, customer service, manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency, and inventory investment
• Define and oversee the inventory position for ARMOR IIMAK that aligns with manufacturing goals including inventory investment, replenishment processes, and order fulfillment activities
• Plan and schedule of manufacturing processes and new products during the product life cycle
• Ensure alignment of raw material, conversion, and finished good strategies
• Identify, organize, and implement cost reduction strategies to achieve cost reduction goals
• Provide accurate commitment dates and lead times to customer service team across product lines
• Manage finished goods inventory levels to minimize excess finished goods
• Oversee the short and long-term master production schedule, maintaining or exceeding acceptable on time delivery performance
• Manage optimal capacity planning and scheduling to balance manufacturing efficiency with on time delivery and optimization of inventory

What you have:

• 5+ years of Supply Chain management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certifications in Supply Chain a plus
• Strong statistical and spreadsheet analytical skills
• Experience with ISO9001/13485 and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to international trade compliance and FDA
• Understands standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies
• Demonstrated skills in effective communicating, problem solving, and negotiating with a focus on internal and external customer interest
• Established ability to anticipate critical events, identify resource requirements and assign responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations
• Strong understanding of output of materials requirement planning (MRP ), capacity management, and advanced planning system technologies
