The Team You'll Join

The Revenue team exists to accelerate growth at Xevant in helping us to achieve our mission of impacting 100M+ lives as we deliver innovative solutions across the Pharmacy Benefits ecosystem in a way that simply hasn't been done before. You will join an expert team of Marketing and Sales folks who care deeply about our clients, our solutions, and our ability to positively lead out in this complex market. The Director, PBM Practice, will be an essential member of this growing team. As a subject matter expert on this team, you will help serve as a product evangelist to prospects, clients, partners, and the market in general.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Build - As one who truly knows the end clients' needs, help to build the roadmap of what products will be vital over the coming years.
  • Partner - Help to guide the market strategy of Xevant's X4 program by driving insights and advocating for data-driven decision making.
  • Advise - With your breadth of industry knowledge, take a consultative approach across multiple domains at Xevant in ensuring that our market strategy continues to be at the cutting edge with our automated solutions.
  • Influence - As a Subject Matter Expert, you will take the opportunity to help influence across multiple audiences in helping establish informed organizational and business decisions (ie: conferences, clients, investors, internal stakeholders, executive leadership team).
  • Success - defined as: helping sales meet revenue targets, helping marketing with go-to-market strategy and product marketing vision, providing subject matter expert insights to delivery/engineering team for build, and helping Sales/SDRs/Marketing with messaging.
Your Background, Perspective, and Experience
  • 10+ years of consultant or in-house PBM experience
  • Successful track record of identifying market opportunities and product optimization for client success
  • Subject Matter Expertise in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) ecosystem regarding pricing, data analysis, market strategy, and competitive landscape
  • Deep PBM market knowledge and a passion for continually researching the market for new trends, changes or transformations for the solution
  • Bachelors degree in business or marketing related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond under the pressure of a fast-paced, high-growth, technology company
  • An obsession with customer experience and customer satisfaction
  • A passion for solving difficult problems together in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
