The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for comprehensive talent and organizational strategies that drive performance and engagement. These strategies include leadership development and management training, change management, employee listening strategies and other talent management processes to meet the strategic goals and growth of ITS Logistics. The Director of Organizational Development implements strategies and best practices as it relates to learning, development, and enterprise-wide training.

The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for comprehensive talent and organizational strategies that drive performance and engagement. These strategies include leadership development and management training, change management, employee listening strategies and other talent management processes to meet the strategic goals and growth of ITS Logistics. The Director of Organizational Development implements strategies and best practices as it relates to learning, development, and enterprise-wide training.
Principle Accountabilities
- Manage, lead and develop a high-performing training team to provide learning and development activities throughout the company
- Assess, develop, design, implement and evaluate all training initiatives across the enterprise
- Ensure business alignment on all training initiatives
- Collaborate with operation leaders to design training materials to meet the needs of the business
- Implement, maintain and measure employee listening strategy
- Implement leadership development initiatives that ensure talent readiness and continued growth from within
- Oversee the manager training program focused on developing excellent people managers and a highly engaged workforce
- Implement career development initiatives that outline clear career paths within the company
- Deliver ITS Logistics' Logistics Management Certification Program
- Deliver Manager Training program
- Facilitate sales training program
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required, master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources Management preferred
- 5+ years' experience in organizational development required
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment required
About You
- Must be very hands on with strong project management skills
- Highly effective in Instructional design and training delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead team members towards a common goal, managing team dynamics and providing development opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate high standards
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, without compromising quality
