About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Director of IT to lead our technology initiatives and manage our IT infrastructure. The Director of IT at Quint will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business
objectives. The role demands a strong grasp of various technological domains, particularly in cloud services, network management, security training, and compliance with technology-related regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT support team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working
  environment.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of our AWS, Microsoft 365, AzureAD and Intune
  environments.
• Manage DNS and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Conduct and implement security training programs to enhance staff awareness and safeguard
  against threats.
• Develop and enforce Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
• Regularly evaluate Quint’s compliance with federal and international technology requirements,
  particularly regarding security standards.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring the best services and value for the
  company.
• Responsible for IT budgeting and cost management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and
  financial planning.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Director or similar role.
• Expertise in AWS, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, Intune, and network management.
• Strong understanding of ISMS policies and experience in implementing security training
  programs.
• Familiarity with federal and international (United Kingdom, Australia, and Qatar) technology compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability in managing a small IT support team and vendor relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Relevant certifications in IT management and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Administrator Expert) would be advantageous.
