Position- Director of IT

Location- Garden Grove or Jurupa Valley, CA (hybrid)

Summary:

Client is a U.S.-based network of commercial and industrial refrigeration companies that provide HVACR service/maintenance across the Western United States and installation services throughout North America. Companies are committed to providing the highest quality and customer experience for the design, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems, typically for customers where refrigeration is mission critical.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of relevant work experience and a master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration with technology as a core component preferred.
• Good understanding and technical knowledge of current network and client operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards, such as Windows OS, cloud platforms like O365 and Azure, HP hardware common desktop productivity software solutions. Experience with MS Dynamics, Great Plains, Key2Act preferred
• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business processes, managing staff, budgeting, and/or overseeing business office operations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.’ Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Supervisory Requirements: Will supervise minimum of two internal IT managers and their resources including analysts and project managers, as well as external consultants. Systems knowledge: Great Plains, MS Dynamics 2018 or higher, Wennsoft/Key2Act, Horizon, MobileTech, SQL, CISSP designation preferred. Experience with RPA a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $210,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
