About the role:

We seek a Director of Global Marketing who will work closely with sales, product management, and executive leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing and business development plans to meet our aggressive growth plans with the top CROs, channel partners, and sponsors in biotech, pharma, and medical device space.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working hand-in-hand with the Chief Commercial Officer to translate the company’s vision and strategic initiatives into effective programs that achieve near and longer-term business goals.
  • Lead the overarching strategy, development, and execution of innovative marketing programs that include, but are not limited to, demand generation campaigns, digital / social, user events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, and targeted PR activities.
  • Collaborating with sales execs to craft account-based marketing and enablement plans for top strategic accounts and partners.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for pharma/life sciences solutions.
  • Working cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market and business development programs.
  • Evaluating all marketing efforts and programs to measure and track impact and optimize resources against objectives and budget
  • Direct management of team members engaged in content creation / demand generation.

About you:

  • You love to learn, grow and collaborate – you want to lead and be held accountable for results.
  • 8-15 years of B2B marketing experience in a high growth SaaS Company, preferably in the Clinical Trials space.
  • Experience leading marketing program development and execution within a rapidly scaling environment
  • Analytical and uses data insights to optimize marketing programs
  • Self-starter who will hit the ground running with the ability to work with minimal oversight to pioneer new systems, and processes
  • Innovative thinker – creative problem solver
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong business judgment, and a clear thinker who understands details and can distill complex topics into clear summaries
  • Fluency with sales and marketing automation and enablement tools
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across a number of stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, service delivery, and product management
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
