Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of First Impressions & Events. The Director of First Impressions & Events will be responsible for receptionist work (answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, etc.) as well as planning and managing events such as dinner seminars, financial educational workshops and client appreciation events hosted by Yack Wealth Management.

Qualifications

- Create a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as necessary.

- Schedule Meetings and Phone Conferences for Advisors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Handle the planning and coordination of Client Appreciation Events, Dinner Seminars, and Educational Workshops hosted by Yack Wealth Management.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with advertising sales, performance marketing, analytics, social media marketing, Google research, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, and content marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in customer service / an event planning role is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
