Director of Field Medical Affairs– Oncology
SF, CA (In-house)
Our client is a small, but established Bay Area Biotech that is expanding into Oncology. They are building out their Oncology Field Medical Affairs team and they are looking to hire a Director of Field Medical Affairs. They are looking for someone who is an experienced field medical leader with an Oncology background. If you are looking for an opportunity to build a department, then this could be for you!
The Opportunity:
The Director of Medical Affairs will be a strategic subject matter expert internally, where your voice and ideas are encouraged. Since they are expanding into Oncology, they are looking for someone with a deep Oncology launch experience. The company has a culture where the leaders are in-house, and so they are looking for local talent or those who can relocate to SF, CA. They have asked us to introduce this opening to people who have elements of the below profile:
-MD, PhD, PharmD, required
-Oncology experience required
-Field Medical Leadership experience required
-Must reside within the Bay Area (or can relocate)
