SalaryIs Experiential Marketing your jam? Our client needs a Director of Experiential Marketing for their award-winning agency. This role will be responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and positioning of corporate client immersive brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and key messaging
Develop and execute Experiential Marketing strategies that align with brand objectives
Create unique and immersive brand experiences that engage consumers and drive brand awareness
Manage end-to-end production of Experiential Marketing campaigns, including conceptualization, planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, and post-event analysis
Ensure all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, and on-site production are done to plan
Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all Experiential Marketing touchpoints
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Experiential Marketing
Essential Qualifications:
- Leadership, motivation, and team skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
6+ years experience in Experiential Marketing, strategy, campaign management, or agency equivalent role
Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and strategies
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Prior experience working with high-profile brands
Experience in managing large-scale events and activations
Knowledge of event production and logistics
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
