We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Director to join our growing Global Sales organization in a highly visible and impactful role. Reporting to the SVP, Global Sales and Marketing, we are looking for an experienced leader who will partner with the global sales team as well as other stakeholders (Finance, HR, Operations) in driving efficient and innovative solutions in order to maximize business management and profitability of sales organization.
- Data management and reporting
- Management of Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
- Management of Salesforce.com(Rinchem's CRM SOR)
- Pricing analysis and implementation planning
- MSA and contract reviews; vendor management; annual program planning and budgeting, reconciliation
- Collaborate with executive management to facilitate culture improvement and consistent feedback.
- Train and advise the Sales team and evolve programs which increase productivity including development and effective deployment of best practices and educational materials
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics
- Manage global projects
- Provide detailed work plans and drive achievement of milestones
- Communication and collaboration regarding projects
- Training of SMEs and Sales to proactively manage risks, interdependencies as well as deliver projects on time and within budget
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Data mindset; up-to-date experience managing dashboards and reporting
Demonstrated leadership skills
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, project management and vendor management
- Experience working with a global company
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree: masters preferred
- Salesforce.com expertise and experience
- Sales training and enablement experience
Communication Skills:
- Strong executive level verbal and written communications skills
- Must have collaborative and engaging working style
- Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and teams across all levels of the organization
- Receptive and open to feedback from multiple stakeholders leading to project acceptance and early stakeholder adoption
