Job Description:

Position Summary

The Director of Asset Management is responsible for managing all market inventory to ensure a seamless completion of the Home Buyer process. This position will work with internal stakeholders to ensure the home market is functioning effectively. The Director of Asset Management will manage and report key metrics that will indicate market progress. This position will train, manage, and develop a group of real estate professionals to support the selling function.

Essential Functions

Manage vast portfolio of homes on the local retail market, and ensure proper sales strategies are in-place to achieve desired performance
Manage and report all market inventory to evaluate achievement
Experience in residential retail sales, i.e. - listing and marketing single family homes in various price points and product types throughout the market
Interface with local brokers to solicit feedback regarding portfolio and enhance partnerships
Manage, train and develop a team of licensed Home Marketing Consultants
Provide guidance and expert opinions for our Renovations and Transaction Teams when issues arise related to our homes and transactions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met
Monitor and report KPIs routinely with key leadership to investigate market performance
Be the primary driver of strategy development to increase productivity
Ensure property inspections are completed accurately and timely
Identify inefficiencies to elevate performance

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of real estate experience, operations, marketing, or general management
Expert in residential retail sales experience
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions documents
Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way.
