In support of Xeroxtransforming from a hardware company to one that is increasingly providing software and services, Xerox has leveraged its best-in-class internal RPA deployment and management experience to launch Xerox Robotic Process Automaton which is expected to be a major growth engine for Xerox. Beyond the direct RPA revenue opportunity itself, Xerox offering Automation services will naturally help Xerox retain and growth revenue across virtually all Xerox service lines as RPA enable end-to-end workflow integration and automation. The Director of Ai and Intelligent Automation Sales role will be responsible for driving Automation sales across both the XBS and Enterprise markets in the Americas region.Essential FunctionsPartner with XBS Region Leaders, XBS Core Presidents, Enterprise Leaders, and Automation Teams to meet/exceed Automation Team’s goals (e.g., plan, pipeline, etc.)Help organizations efficiently automate manual business processes by leveraging Xerox Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation capabilitiesIn conjunction with region leadership, management teams and sales reps, accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenuesRecommend business development strategies based on market research and competitive analysisEvaluate success of sales programs; implement changes to ensure goals are achievedWork with Learning and Development organization to ensure learning/training is relevant and occurring at pace for continuous improvement in critical areas of skill development.Participate and present on internal and external events, meeting, trainings, and webinarsUnderstand all facets of marketing programs and ensure communication and understanding by the Sales organizations· Train, coach, and develop sales reps to enable them to sell Xerox RPA services effectively and successfullyQualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent
- 15 plus years of sales and sales leadership experience including direct work experience in the RPA industry
- Proven ability to represent the company and RPA offer value proposition at public industry events as well as private client briefings
- Experience in a solution-selling environment, where the delivery of business results has been achieved with a combination of services and products
