Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Medical Staff Services, in conjunction with the Medical Staff Leadership and Hospital Administration, coordinates the function of the Medical Staff Services Department.
The Director initiates and facilitates activities to ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of JCAHO, California Medical Association, and Title XXII. In addition, the position oversees the conduct of self-government of the Medical Staff in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations.

Qualifications
Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) or Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) is preferred.
3+ years experience
